WISE is proud to present our transformation of the IBIS Budget Phnom Penh Riverside, a collaborative project with DARA GROUP and ACCOR. This 23-story, 14,000 m² development showcases our expertise in hotel redesign and renovation. We've successfully converted a Toyoko Inn into a modern IBIS Budget hotel, adhering to Accor's exacting standards.

Our comprehensive scope encompassed architectural layouts, exterior design, and interior design for both the lobby and 315 efficiently designed rooms. This project demonstrates our ability to reimagine existing structures, creating fresh, contemporary spaces that meet international hospitality benchmarks. Completed between 2022-2023, the IBIS Budget Phnom Penh Riverside stands as a testament to WISE's proficiency in delivering high-quality, brand-compliant hotel renovations in the heart of Cambodia's capital.
