Marina Island

Wise's scope of work involves revising the master plan, design of 6 types of houses with four variations of each and developing pre-concept designs to detailed drawing for both architecture and interiror design of the following buildings and infrastructure of the island: City gate, Bridge providing access to the island, Marina light house, 3 Multi-Family buildings, Food and Beverage building and Iconic Retail building.
