WISE successfully delivered the full design package for this 30-story tower in Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. The 60,000 sqm development includes office spaces, an auditorium, two swimming pools, a penthouse, rooftop facilities, and two basement levels for parking. Our scope covered architecture, structural engineering, MEP, interior design, and QS work, ensuring a seamless and high-quality execution.
