Office Tower

WISE successfully delivered the full design package for this 30-story tower in Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. The 45,000 sqm development includes office spaces, a penthouse, rooftop facilities, and two basement levels for parking. Our scope covered architecture, structural engineering, MEP, interior design, and QS work, ensuring a seamless and high-quality execution. Completed in September 2024, the tower stands as a modern landmark in the city's evolving skyline.
